Block Captains Needed!

IVCA has been blessed to have dedicated helpers for many years delivering the Smoke Signals. However, for whatever reason, the Board has found itself in need of 4 new Block Captains.  A map with the blocks highlighted, that are in need of new Block Captains can be found here.  You do not need to live on the block that you deliver to.  If you have time to volunteer and be a Block Captain, please call Sarah Didier at 747-7141 or send her an email.
